Building Strong Community

We are once again teaming up with WMAR Baltimore and their Built Upon A Dream project!  We will be working with them at the Brooklyn O'Malley Club in the Brooklyn/Curtis Bay Area. Since 2011 when Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore established a Boys & Girls Club at the former Brooklyn O’Malley Community Center, it has been a safe-haven and beacon of light for the children of this community. In a short period, the B&GC has become a trusted and reliable resource for children, families and the community. BGCMB has been fighting right alongside the community on behalf of our children stressing the importance of education, avoiding risky/unhealthy behaviors and providing opportunities for children to “be children” in a safe, protective and encouraging environment.
