Overview
Water’s Edge Corporate Campus comprises of five buildings encompassing 295,483 square feet and situated on approximately 17 acres of land.

103 & 111 Bata Boulevard total 33,124 square feet. 4690 & 4692 Millennium Drive are each four stories tall and measure 80,000 square feet. Associated tenants are SafeNet, Randstad, G.W. Stephens and Booz Allen Hamilton.

4694 Millennium Drive was awarded 2008 NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Award of Excellence, Best Low to Mid-Rise Office Building, and houses the corporate headquarters of Survice Engineering Company. This 102,359 square foot, five-story office building also tenants Applied Research Associates and the Janus Research Group.

The buildings feature campus amenities such as a deli, fitness center, pedestrian walkways and picnic areas overlooking the Bush River. The current phase of this project is a 123,000 square foot, five-story building on Millennium Drive.
