Overview
The existing, vacant Anchor Fence Building was demolished and replaced by a 75,000 square foot retail center anchored by Baltimore City's first Shoppers Food & Pharmacy. This open-air retail center also contains six in-line retail storefronts and provides parking to visitors at a 5-to-1 parking ratio.
