Overview
The new 2 story corporate headquarters for Manekin is a Silver LEED Certified Green Building – some of its green features are extensive Low-E glass, white membrane roof, upgraded VAV mechanical systems, upgraded perimeter insulation to R16 and waterless urinals. The building materials include radial storefront entry way with Alucobond panels, cantilevered glass curtain wall and a glass entry canopy with steel outriggers. Terrazzo flooring and custom cherry wood paneling are in the Lobby. A fitness center is also available for all of the building’s tenants. Winner of 2008 NAIOP Award of Excellence for Best Build to Suit over 50,000 SF
