Overview
The original store and adjacent strip mall, totaling 31,200 square feet, were demolished in preparation for construction of this new Safeway. The store was designed to maximize available space while retaining an airy, welcoming atmosphere for shoppers and visitors.

The resulting 54,000 square foot Safeway also provides the ultimate in convenient, on-site parking with a 125-space underground garage. The interior features the company's latest interior décor and design, fashioned to highlight the store's high-quality perishable offerings.

The project was completed successfully on an aggressive 18-month schedule at the client's request and opened in time for holiday sales.
