Overview
An elegant and spacious rowhouse, 33 South Gay Street is a 40,000 square foot, historic renovation. Manekin Construction refreshed the exterior by cleaning and re-pointing the original brick facade, re-fabricating metal architectural details, repairing marble décor, reburshing granite cornices and reconditioning external trim.

Historical design elements were retained amd revitalized throughout the interior, including the building's terrazzo floor, recessed ceilings and Corinthian columns, pillars and bases.

The structure's interior was also gutted, remodeled and customized for occupation by several tenants.
