Our team is currently working to improve the U.S Route 301 in Prince George's County, MD, supporting the growth of the newly constructed business park. As development brings increased commercial and truck traffic to the area, our improvements are designed to enhance traffic flow and help with access to and from the business park. This well help create a safer, more efficient route for both commerical and local traffic.

We have been able to support the good works of Baltimore Station, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, Carsons Scholars Fund, Lions Club, Respite Retreats, United Way, Salvation Army and the TowerCares Foundation. Manekin Construction has successfully completed the new Hampton Park Office Building which is part of the redevelopment and revitalization of an approximately 25 acre site formerly known as Hampton Mall in Prince George's County, Maryland. This 6-story, 116,500 sf office building is an environmentally responsible, quasi-urban, pedestrian-friendly rejuvenation and will be the future home to Prince George's County Office of Health and Human Services.
