It’s official! As promised and ahead of schedule, Manekin Construction completed its most recent construction project for Capitol Technology University.  IInnovator’s Hall,  is their stunning new residential housing facility with apartment style room blocks. This four story, 222 bed residential building is located on the Capitol Technology University Campus.  Each unit features separate kitchen, dining, sleeping and bathroom areas.   Inovator’s Hall features a laundry room for every floor, dedicated sudy rooms, a central gaming center and beautiful views of the campus and surrounding forest.
